unoccupied for nearly a decade,

the driveway is steep, and

the walkway is uneven, nearly everything

was brought up from the basement

and it is quite dusty!

If you choose to attend the sale you do so

be asked to leave. Additionally we will

not be allowing children to attend.

was a respected philosopher & UC Berkeley Professor,

Communist, Mountaineer, etc..

his son Dave Rynin jr. attended UC Berkeley

and he was active in many political organizations

in the 60's-70's, including SLATE, AFT 1570, etc..
