We have been working on our next sale for the last month!
In a beautiful Victorian boarding house located near downtown Oakland.
Tom Burke, of "The Little Shop of Hoarders" used this
large space as one of his many storages,
there are 7 rooms packed full.
This sale is the most eclectic mix so far.
From Victorian to Kitsch, and Deco to mid-century, etc., etc.
There is a full flight of stairs to climb,
so unfortunately we are not wheelchair accessible.
The place was pretty much boarded up for 20 years, so expect dust.
Please no children on the first day, the space is packed
and we don't want little ones getting hurt.
Parking is difficult during the week, if you want to park within a block
I recommend arriving by 9 am.
More ample parking can be found closer to 27th.
There is a good breakfast place just a half a block away,
"The Coffee Cup", be aware they are cash only and have no public restroom.
